Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Vorel website and any preview access to the Vorel service. If your organization has a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Vorel, Inc., that agreement controls and supersedes these terms for the scope it covers.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or access systems you are not authorized to access. We take these attempts seriously and coordinate with counsel and law enforcement where appropriate.

Accounts

Access to the Vorel console requires an account administered by a Vorel customer. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

Content and IP

Content you submit through forms (demo requests, support inquiries) remains yours. You grant Vorel a limited license to use that content to respond to you. The site design, wordmark, and software are owned by Vorel and its licensors.

Third-party services

The Vorel service integrates with third-party systems (CRMs, telephony carriers, model providers). Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms; we pass configuration through and do not take on obligations beyond those in our own agreements.

Beta and preview features

Features labeled beta or early access may change, break, or be removed. They are provided as-is, without warranty or service-level commitment, outside of any explicit provision in a signed MSA.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the site and request deletion of marketing data at any time.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorel disclaims all warranties and limits liability for site use to the amounts paid, if any, to access it. Contractual obligations for the Vorel service itself sit in the MSA and DPA, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not governed by your MSA will be brought in New York County, New York.
