Privacy policy

This policy describes how Vorel, Inc. ("Vorel," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vorel.ai, use the Vorel console, or interact with an AI agent operated by a Vorel customer. Vorel is the data processor for agent traffic on behalf of our customers, and the data controller for our marketing site and sales correspondence.

Information we collect

On this marketing site, we collect information you submit to us (for example, the name, email, and company you enter into a demo request form), and basic technical information your browser sends (IP address, user agent, pages viewed) to run the site reliably and understand which pages are useful.

Inside the Vorel console, we collect information you or your administrator provides when configuring your tenant, including names, work email addresses, and role assignments.

On behalf of Vorel customers, we process the content of voice and chat conversations handled by agents they deploy. We are the processor for this content; the customer is the controller. Our agreements with that customer, including the Data Processing Addendum, govern how we handle it.

How we use information

• To run and secure the site and the console.
• To respond to sales, security, and support questions you send us.
• To operate the service a customer has contracted with us for, under their instructions.
• To improve our own product (anonymized aggregate analytics only — we do not train models on customer conversation content).

Sharing

We share information with vendors that help us run the service (cloud hosting, telephony carriers, model providers). Every vendor is bound by a written agreement and processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Marketing site inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion earlier. Console configuration data is retained for the duration of the contract, then deleted per the customer agreement. Conversation content is governed by the customer's retention settings, which default to 90 days.

Your choices

If you are a visitor to this site, you may request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it. If you are a customer end-user whose data was handled by an agent, contact the Vorel customer that operates that agent; we will support them in responding to your request.
